I wouldn't put much stock in how many carbs you consume. We need those! What we should be focusing on is getting at least 70 grams of protein in per day. I didn't feel any...Congrats on your first fill. I didn't feel any different either. I really didn't after my second either. It is amazing how doctors are sooooo different. I have PCOS too and my Dr. told me not to worry about carbs but to stay inbetween 900-1200 cal a day and at least 65g of protein a day. I never have watched the carbs. But now that you say that I might adjust myfitnesspal to see what my carbs are a day. Why not experiment?
